Shipping and Handling
(1) WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU OFFER?
All USA orders are shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse.
We currently offer 2 shipping options (check each product for applicable rates):
- USPS Priority
- Fed Ex Priority
The shipping method that you have available and respective cost is determined by the products in your cart during the checkout process.
If you are having issues processing your order on our website, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org so we arrange a manual shipment for you.
(2) HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED YET?
Orders are shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse every week day (mon-Fri).
Domestic orders that are placed before 9:00PM ET will generally be dispatched the next business day. Weekend orders will be sent with our Monday dispatch.
Please note: dispatch times may be delayed by 1-2 days during peak seasonal periods where volumes are high. We will do our best to advise you of any expected delays.
You will be notified by email that your order has been received. Following this, tracking information for your parcel will be emailed to you at time of dispatch.
Please note, once your order has been dispatched your address cannot be amended. Please enter your shipping address correctly at the checkout, or you may be charged the appropriate shipping costs to resend your purchase.
Note: all public holiday orders will be shipped the next business day.
(3) HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?
Time taken to receive your order will depend on the shipping option you have selected:
- USPS Priority with a transit time of 3-6 days.
- Fed Ex Priority with a transit time of 1-3 days.
Please note: These shipping times are estimates only, based on shipping to metropolitan areas via our couriers. In particular, some rural locations may take longer to deliver and delays may occur that are outside of our control.
(4) WILL I BE CHARGED TAXES AND DUTIES?
Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and/or additional taxes and duties when shipped entering your country.
We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, however we do not take responsibility for any delays and/or extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes applied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Please note TechXS is unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery. Taxes and duties are calculated per your shipping country.
